U.S. Department of State – The position is located in the Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO), Planning and Real Estate Directorate (PRE), Office of Master Planning & Evaluations (MPE), Evaluations Division (EV).
EV is responsible for real estate evaluation U.S. Embassy and Consulate operations worldwide. The portfolio consists of over 17,000 properties in over 170 countries with a replacement value of more than $80 billion. In addition, we support the real estate needs for all U.S. non-military agencies overseas.
Job responsibilities include reviewing appraisals and performing a variety of financial analyses on various types of properties throughout the world. Overseas travel is required.
The job is a full-time position, with a one-year appointment, renewable up to four years.
These positions are located in the Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations offices, 1701 N. Ft. Myer Drive, Rosslyn, VA 22209.
