We are seeking an experienced commercial real estate appraiser for the New York Metro and lower upstate markets. Must have a professional appearance and demeanor and have a record of successful written and verbal communications with a variety of stakeholders including principals, bank reviewers, and colleagues. Fee split, independent contractor compensation. The commercial real estate appraiser will have input on job pricing and turnaround time.
