JPMorganChase is seeking a seasoned real estate review appraiser with experience in both multifamily and commercial property appraisal (emphasis in multifamily, 5–500 units).
The two open positions entail conducting reviews of appraisal reports to check for credibility and compliance with internal policies, USPAP, and FIRREA, using risk-based judgments, and
collaborating with stakeholders.
Requirements
4-year degree, State Certified General license,
10+ years appraising/reviewing, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred: MAI designation, DCF expertise, and financial-institution experience.
