Vanderbilt Appraisal is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Appraisal Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a certified appraiser to learn the fundamentals of property valuation, including conducting field inspections, gathering market data, and assisting in the preparation of appraisal reports. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and communication skills, a keen interest in real estate, and is committed to fulfilling the education and experience hours required to obtain state licensure. A background in real estate or a related field is a plus, but a willingness to learn is what matters most.
