We focus on the valuation of mixed-use and multifamily apartment buildings (5 – 500 units) in NYC and immediate surrounding area for related financial transactions in accordance with internal policies/procedures, industry standards and regulatory requirements (USPAP & FIRREA). The role provides a healthy work/life balance with a competitive salary.
Requirements include:
• Minimum a 4-year college degree.
• A State Certified General Appraiser License
• Minimum 3 years of experience appraising multifamily residential, mixed-use and/or commercial properties.
