Martin B. Levine, MAI, one of the foremost, respected experts in commercial real estate valuation and analysis in New York City and the country, died in August, 2019 at the age of 69. Martin was an MAI and long-time member of the Appraisal Institute. He served as a Board of Director, as well as participated on various chapter committees over the years. He co-partnered a respected leading real estate appraisal and valuation firm. He was always generous in sharing his decades of real estate experience.
