We are seeking an experienced residential real estate appraiser for the New York Metro and lower upstate markets. Must have a professional appearance and demeanor and have a record of successful written and verbal communications with a variety of stakeholders including principals, bank reviewers, and colleagues. Fee split, independent contractor compensation. The residential real estate appraiser will conduct all aspects of residential real estate appraisals including but not limited to site inspections, research, and report writing.
